Signify CSI Partner Summit 2021

A two-days digital event for the Certified System Integrator partner network of Signify streamed from event virtual platform MEETYOO. First day an online roundtable live from a studio, broadcasted twice to reach all partners across the world with live Q&A, including the annual award celebration for best partners and roll out of the new partner program. Continued the second day with 6 portfolio knowledge sharing webinars to inspire the partners and a virtual trade show where partners connected with various booth crews. Again, broadcasted twice to enable all partners to join from their own locations.

The challenges: global audience, located in different time zones, live event for interactivity, short lead time of 2.5 months, including projects validation for different awards and invitation process, limited budget, a lot of news to tell and onboarding of a new event tech supplier.
